In the Absence of the Ordinary with Francis Weller

The Centre for Climate Psychology invites you to an intimate conversation with Francis Weller, psychotherapist, writer, and grief tender, exploring the themes of his latest book In the Absence of the Ordinary.

In a time marked by climate crisis, social upheaval, and profound uncertainty, Weller describes our era as a “rough initiation” — a threshold moment asking us to grieve, to imagine, and to find new forms of belonging. Together we will explore how tending to sorrow, beauty, and ritual can help us navigate disorientation, restore our connection to the Earth and each other, and uncover sources of resilience in the face of what feels overwhelming.

This webinar is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and enter a shared inquiry into how we might live soulfully when so much of the familiar is falling away.

More information will be announced soon.
